We currently have five power traders in our Birmingham office and five technical and quantitative team members in our Virginia office. We are looking for someone to manage internal operations across both locations, handling all things administrative and serving as the “glue” for the Birmingham office and for the company as a whole. The role would also include ~3 hours per day assisting the power traders with trade operations in a supporting role.
It is important that you are enthusiastic about joining an early-stage company. You will need to be flexible, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and able to work well with others.
This position is based in our Birmingham, Alabama office.
We trade six days per week, and so the schedule is unusual. We would be relying on you to work from ~7am to 10am six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Other than that, the schedule is very flexible. Work on Saturday can be performed remotely. This could be a 30 hour per week or 40 hour per week position, depending on your preference.
Tios Capital will provide a competitive base salary, with eligibility for bonuses based on individual and company performance. Three weeks of paid vacation and health insurance are also included for the full-time position.
